How can we help?


Orders & Shipping

Do you offer free shipping and returns?​

For all orders within the U.S., we offer free standard shipping via USPS on orders over $100. Orders under $100 ship for a flat rate of $7.00 We also offer free returns for items in their original condition within 30 days of purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed and will leave our warehouse within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. For your convenience, we will send you an email with a tracking number that you can use to follow your order's journey. Depending on your shipping address orders can be expected to be delivered in 3-7 business days.

Tracking is showing it was delivered but I do not see it!

Don’t panic! Sometimes carriers prematurely lists a package as delivered. Double check your order confirmation to ensure that the shipping address looks correct From there we suggest checking in with neighbors and looking behind fences and around the side of the building. We have seen packages left in some pretty sneaky places. If your package doesn’t arrive after 3 business days, please contact us and we will file a claim with the carrier.

Opps! What if I need to make a change to my order?

We understand that sometimes things change, even with the best-laid hiking plans. If you need to make a change to your order, please contact our customer service team at help@activethreads as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate any edits before your order is processed. However, we cannot guarantee that we can make changes or cancel your order once it has been placed.

Can I cancel my order?

We get it, we change our minds too! We will do our best to cancel orders before they leave our fufillment center but sometimes we are a little to fast for our own good.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

The gear I want is out of stock, what do I do?​

No need to worry, fellow adventurer! We recommend signing up for the “notify me list' for that specific item. We will send you an email as soon as the gear you're looking for becomes available. I placed an order earlier this week, and now my items are on sale! Do you offer price adjustments?

We understand that it can be frustrating to miss out on a sale, but unfortunately, we are unable to offer price adjustments on past purchases. We are a small buissness and buy our apaprel and gear in small batches to ensure we keep things exciting and seasonaly relevent. Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

How do I processes a return?

To start processing a return, please go through the link for Happy Returns found here. If you need a different size you can also submit for an exchange of the same item pending availabilty.

Why did my item ship ground?

As stated in the description all outdoor gear and items containing lithium batteries will ship ground. You can expedite gear orders but unfortunately for safety concerns gear with batteries must ship ground.

What forms of payments do you accept?

Hey there, awesome adventurer! We want to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible, so we're happy to accept all major credit cards - just whip out that Visa, Mastercard, or whatever you've got! Unfortunately, we don't accept personal checks, prepaid debit cards, or money orders, so leave those at home.

Will I be charged Sales Tax?

Now, let's talk taxes. We know taxes can be a bummer, but they depend on where you live and what you're purchasing. But no worries, we'll give you a heads up on the tax estimate at checkout so you can plan accordingly. Currently we only charge sales tax in our wonderful home sate of Nevada.

What is this Afterpay option I see?

Afterpay is a super convenient service that lets you buy what you want now and pay for it later in four easy installments, without any interest. Yup, you read that right - no interest, no hidden fees!
